Plain English summary
This site collects minimal personal data. If you fill in the contact form, your details come to me directly so I can respond to your enquiry. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics helps me understand how visitors use the site. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

The PPC Pal is a sole trader business operated by Jordan, based in Sherburn-in-Elmet, North Yorkshire. You can reach us at contact@theppcpal.co.uk.
What data we collect and why
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Contact form submissions: When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional) and your message. This is processed by Formspree on our behalf and sent to us by email.
- Website analytics (only with your consent): If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised data about how you use this website — pages visited, time on site, approximate location and browser type. This cannot be used to personally identify you.
- Advertising conversion tracking (only with your consent): If you accept cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking helps us measure whether visitors who clicked our adverts go on to contact us.
Legal basis for processing
- Contact form data: Processed on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, responding to your enquiry — and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Analytics and advertising tracking: Processed only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining on your next visit to this site.
Third-party services

- Google Ads — conversion tracking, active only with your consent.
- Google Fonts — loads typefaces for this website. Google may log your IP address as part of serving font files.
- Google Tag Manager — used to deploy and manage the above tracking tags. GTM itself does not collect personal data.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry — typically no longer than two years from last contact.
- Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
- If you become a client, a separate service agreement will apply to data processed in relation to that work.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time
